West Vancouver
West Vancouver is a family oriented community stretching below the majestic North Shore Mountains to the North and the Burrard Inlet to the south. The Eastern border of the community is the magnificant Capilano River while the ocean-front community of Lion's Bay borders the West.

The shoreline is comprised mostly of single family residential housing, parks, beaches and recreational areas. The community is home to Cypress Mountain ski area as well as a number of hiking trails and the West Vancouver Sea Wall. Dundarave and Ambleside provide residents with numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities. West Vancouver is home to some of the most expensive real estate in the country with many homes selling well above the national average. Downtown Vancouver is easily accessed via the Lions gate Bridge or the West Vancouver “Blue Bus”.

North Vancouver
North Vancouver is bounded by the majestic Capilano River to the west and the Indian Arm to the east. It sprawls across the beautiful North Shore mountains to the north and the Burrard Inlet to the south.

The area is primarily made up of single-family residential housing and is home to Grouse Mountain and Mount Seymour ski areas as well as some of the finest hiking and mountain bike trails in all of B.C. North Vancouver is also home to fabulous restaurants and shopping including Edgemont Village and the Lonsdale Quay. “North Van” is very popular with families due to the abundance of recreational areas, low crime rates and terrific schools. Downtown Vancouver is easily accessed by car or bus via the Lions Gate or Iron Worker’s Memorial (Second Narrows) bridge. Foot passengers can access downtown Vancouver aboard the North Vancouver “Sea-Bus”.
