One of West Vancouver’s finest and most popular family neighborhoods, Caulfeild is located in the Western portion of West Vancouver between “Bayridge” and “Eagle Harbour”. The area is bordered by the Pacific Ocean to the South and The Trans-Canada Highway to the North. The Northern area or “Upper Caulfeild” was developed in the early to mid 1980’s while “Lower Caulfeild ” was developed much earlier and is home to some magnificent water front estates.

Much of Caulfeild is walking distance to world famous Lighthouse Park. The park is famous for the city’s last remaining stand of first growth Douglas Fir trees which are a reminder of what  West Vancouver looked like 100 years ago. Lighthouse Park, as the name implies, is home to a working lighthouse at the tip of Point Atkinson at the Southern border of the park. The park is used by residents for hiking, dog-walking, picnicking and swimming. The entrance is directly off Marine Drive and is easily accessible by public transportation.

Caulfeild is home to Caulfeild Elementary School and Rockridge Secondary School. Both are consistently ranked in the top 5% of B.C schools. Directly across from Rockridge Secondary School is Caulfeild Village Shopping Center. The Center has everything you need including: restaurants, grocery store, bank, dry cleaners, veterinarian, pharmacy and liquor store. Homes in the area range from approximately $1,000,000 – $5,000,0000 with a median price of approximately $1,700,000.
