Eagle Harbour is nestled on the shores of Burrard Inlet, largely secluded from passersbys on Marine Drive and the Upper Levels Highway. The two key thoroughfares link the community with the rest of Metro Vancouver, but residents seek homes here for their secluded, private nature.

Just a 20-minute drive from downtown Vancouver, Eagle Harbour is a West Coast marine retreat. The slips of West Vancouver Yacht Club are visible from the highway above, but it’s a long way down. And locals like it that way, free from the highway and close to the water.

Eagle Harbour average home prices are approx $1.4 million. Houses range from $800,000 – $6 million.

Eagle Harbour Shopping

Caulfeild Village Shopping Centre is the closest mall, with Dundarave Village just a little farther east along Marine Drive. Park Royal Shopping Centre is the key destination for shoppers across West Vancouver.
