Delbrook is home to the William Griffin Rec Centre and the Delbrook Rec Centre which will soon be transformed into a brand new family oriented facility. This slope side community features quiet, child friendly cul-de-sacs with many of the upper homes offering spectacular views of Vancouver and beyond. Lower Delbrook homes are walking distance to Westview Shopping Centre which features many restaurants and amenities. Both areas have access to the smaller Delbrook Plaza and are steps to Edgemont Village.

Mountainside Secondary School (MSS) is the North Vancouver School District’s smallest and newest secondary school, meeting the Ministry of Education requirements as an Alternative School. Other schools in the area include Braemar Elementary, Larson Elementary and Carson Graham Secondary.
