Canyon Heights is bordered by the Capilano River to the West and is a terrific family community with some of the best schools in North Vancouver. The area is home to the Cleveland Dam and the Capilano Salmon Hatchery with its forested trail system perfect for family hiking.

Families enjoy summer picnics at the regional park, and leisurely walks across the dam to the  trail system leading to West Vancouver. Across the street from the park is Capilano Heights Chinese Food restaurant – a local favourite!

To the north, Canyon Heights borders the base of Grouse Mountain and features West Coast Contemporary homes and breathtaking views to the West.

The area is also home to several family run restaurants and shops.
