Dundarave

A distinctive British presence is felt in Dundarave, and not just at the local Red Lion Bar and Grill with its cozy English interior. A mix of waterfront condos and single-family residences, the area is home to an affluent but diverse community of seniors, executives and professionals.

The neighbourhood offers ready access to Marine Drive, with its shops, services and transit.  Dundarave average detached home prices are approximately $1.7 million. Apartment prices start at approximately $300,000.

Community amenities include the West Vancouver Community and Recreation Centre as well as a seawall that snakes along the shores of Burrard Inlet to Ambleside and Park Royal. Many scenic stops have been developed along the route to give you time to savour the salt air and enjoy the sunsets before returning to the Red Lion, or the Beach House at Dundarave Pier.
