We completed the move to Paragon MLS® on September 15 when we said farewell to MLXchange and Fusion. In short, we made it!
This final move was the culmination of two years of hard work.

- Watch a 90-minute recorded webinar that walks you through Paragon.

Paragon improvements
As you use Paragon, you'll find some features need refining. We've been collecting and prioritizing your feedback so that we can address it in an efficient and systematic way. We're working with Black Knight, the maker of Paragon, to create an enhancements road map that outlines the delivery schedule for the different requests we've submitted. We'll publish this roadmap in our newsletter and on the Paragon home page when it's complete.
If you have a suggestion for an enhancement, send it to us at enhancements@rebgv.org.
Here's the top three enhancements that are in progress:
- The ability to mark search results as read or unread.
- Improving the display on email notifications to include: Status, Price, Address and the reason for the notification.
- The ability to set Market Monitor default to "0" days.
Paragon scores high in North America-wide survey
In an independent, North America-wide MLS® survey conducted by the technology firm Clareity, REALTORS® and MLS® staff gave Paragon the highest customer satisfaction score over any of the other major MLS® systems, including MLXchange, Fusion and Matrix. This is the third consecutive year that Paragon received this ranking.

We've recorded four new webinars to help you learn Paragon. Each of these 45-minute sessions focuses on a key function within the system. They are:
CMA;
Search; and
Setting up your Paragon Profile.

Here are our Help Desk hours for the next week:
Sept 22 - 25: Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sept 26 - 27: Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
