Understanding the One Board initiative
On December 6, we’ll hold a Special General Meeting for you to vote on whether your Board should amalgamate with BCREA and nine other real estate boards in the province.
This is a large and complex initiative. We want to work with you to gain a common understanding of what an amalgamation would mean for you and the structure of organized real estate in BC.

Leading up to the vote, we’ll host member meetings and we’ll provide regular updates in our communications and on www.rebgv.ca. The provincial project group has also created a dedicated website for this initiative at www.realtorsofbc.ca.
