Pemberton Heights is easily accessed off Highway One just East of West Vancouver and the Capilano River. Another popular North Vancouver area, Pemberton Heights offers quiet, child friendly streets and a close-knit community feel. A number of homes located on “the bluff” offer over-sized lots and gorgeous views of Vancouver. Most of the homes in the area are walking distance to Capilano Elementary School which is one of the few International Baccalaureate (IB) schools in the area.
